SCOPE OF WORK
- Final grading of property, which was never completed after construction. Removing rocks out of dirt, moving large rocks in front NE yard, bringing in proper fill material, etc.
- Driveway - discussion of possible circular driveway and overall size and design, additional parking pad, etc. Basketball area in front? Build approach into garage.
- Front yard landscape and walkway design.
- Back yard landscape design.
- Back yard: Removing some boxwoods from the landscape island that divides the back yard in half; clean up that space, possibly plant and reconfigure.
- Use/integrate into the landscape the saved & stacked Ohio Blue stone located at rear SE property line.
